A FIRE TRUCK CRASHES INTO A HOME IN DEKENDEN BOTH THE HOUSE AND THE TRUCK SUFFER EXTENSIVE DAMAGES. ESTHER SOBERS REPORTS

A fire truck travelling to Dekenden on the west coast crashed into a nearby resident’s home and turned turtle. According to an eyewitness at the scene the fire truck was heading east at a fast rate before it came to a halt in a yard, damaging  a fence and part of house. The driver has been taken to a city hospital where he is currently in a stable condition.

The accident happened earlier today and up to press time, there were no reports of any sever injuries to anyone other than the driver. It is believed that the fire engine is from the Lenora fire station. No names were released of the occupants of the vehicle.
