One Pedestrian is dead following a fatal accident on Pearl Public Road EBD on Monday.
According to persons at the scene BNN 9334 driven by a 33year old Christopher Pickering of Soesdyke struck and killed pedestrian Ameer Hussain. According to reaching Headline News ,the mini bus was proceeding negotiating a turn when the driver came into contact with Hussain. However according to the driver he alleges that the pedestrian ran from the East to the West and suddenly turn into his path in an attempt to cross the road . The driver is currently in police custody assisting in investigations.
